EasyRegistry does not sell users' or website visitors' personal information. 1. Who we areEasyRegistry provides online gift registry, wishing well, event, payment, auction and fundraising-related services.
EasyRegistry provides the software and platform used to create, host and run registries, auctions, events and fundraising pages. Where an auction, sale, fundraiser or event is run through EasyRegistry, the organiser, and not EasyRegistry, is responsible for that activity. EasyRegistry is not the auctioneer, seller, charity, fundraiser, escrow holder, payment custodian or merchant of record for organiser-run auctions, sales or fundraising.
References to "EasyRegistry", "we", "us" and "our" mean EasyRegistry and the operator of the EasyRegistry website and services.

You must not use bidder, buyer, donor, guest or recipient information for unrelated marketing or other unrelated purposes unless you have a separate lawful basis and any required consent.
6. Payments and payment providersEasyRegistry may allow payments to be made through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, PayID, bank transfer or other supported payment methods.
Where payments are made by credit card or other online payment methods, payment information may be collected and processed by the relevant payment provider. For auction and fundraising features, organisers may be required to connect and maintain their own Stripe account. Payments may be processed for the organiser through that organiser's connected Stripe account. Funds are paid into the organiser's own connected Stripe account, and EasyRegistry does not hold, escrow or take custody of those funds.
We may receive and store limited payment-related information, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, payer details, amount, currency, refund status, dispute status and related records. We do not usually receive or store full credit card numbers.
Payment providers process personal information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies and legal obligations. You should review the relevant payment provider's privacy policy before using that payment method.
7. Information shared with registry owners, organisers and recipientsWhen you contribute to a registry, bid in an auction, purchase an auction item, make a donation, send a message or otherwise participate in a registry, event, auction or fundraising page, we may share relevant personal information with the registry owner, event host, auction organiser, seller, recipient, charity, school, club, not-for-profit or other nominated recipient.
This may include your name, contact details, contribution details, bid details, purchase details, donation details, payment status, gift message, delivery or collection details, and communications relevant to the transaction or event.
We share this information so that the relevant person or organisation can operate the registry, auction, event or fundraising page, communicate with you, arrange payment, delivery, collection or fulfilment, issue receipts where applicable, resolve disputes and comply with law.
8. Public pages and information you choose to publishSome parts of EasyRegistry may be publicly accessible or accessible to people who have a link, including registry pages, auction pages, fundraising pages, event pages, gift lists, auction item listings, organiser names, recipient names, item descriptions, images, sponsor information and other content added by users.
You should not include personal information on public or shared pages unless you are comfortable for that information to be viewed by others who can access the page.
If you add information about another person, business, charity, school, club, not-for-profit, sponsor, donor or recipient, you must have permission to do so where required by law.
